Production Engineering Technician - Toolroom

This role focuses on driving improvements throughout specify products, systems or services} production in Electrification Installation Products in Guadalupe, Mexico. Your focus will be on aiding the definition of production processes to optimize cost, quality and on-time delivery of products, defining the working-phase sequence of the production process in line with material and investment budgets.

Your responsibilities

• Disseminating cycle time data to internal teams, and leading improvement discussions.
• Facilitating the training of direct and indirect team members during start-ups.
• Preparing technical documentation and ensuring optimal efficiency in methods, performance and materials/components.
• Assisting the Procurement and Logistics function by providing and giving advice on updated processes and technical documentation.
• Defining action plans and training maintenance and production resources to ensure smooth implementation of new processes.

Your background

• Career in machinery and tooling or similar.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles.
• Experience in Tooling, machines and tools, aluminum, copper, lathe, milling, grinding machines and dies.
• Basic CNC knowledge.
• Basic level of English.
