SAP FICO S/4 HANA BUSINESS PROCESS EXPERT

Responsible for helping business partners implement standard end of end business processes,

determine, and align on policy changes across our lines of business, and clearly being a change agent to our organization in any given area. The Business process Expert can understand and articulate key business processes, business drivers, functionality, and requirements. They understand and communicate the impact of changes across key business processes and domains.

·         Experience working with Master Data Management within a manufacturing company.

·         Understand the work stream process within SAP FICO S/4 HAN and underlining Master Data.

·         10+ years of experience in transformation and SAP FICO S/4 HANA implementing, training, providing support and performing developments SAP FICO: GL, AP, AR, TRM, CO-PC, CO-CCA, CO-CEL, CO-PA, AA. SAP S/4 HANA Financial and Management Accounting projects.

·         5- 7+ years of experience with an international business & IT environment, ideally in manufacturing.

·         Deep and comprehensive understanding of how data is used within business processes and its impact on desired business process outcomes

·         Ability to lead change while achieving business goals and objectives.

·         Ability to manage through influence and build strong cross-functional relationships.

·         Deep operational and process knowledge from core process perspective.

·         Bachelor's in Business, Finance or Engineering.
