DescripciónThe main responsibilities are to:
- Assist with business unit planning for upper-level management, including plant/facility manager and business unit manager.
- Cost and investment analysis for upper-level management (i.e. plant rates, ROI, financial and Operational ratios, Pricing and Make/Buy studies).
- Involved in consensus decision-making regarding the facility and/or business being supported.
- Provide financial guidance to the facility staff, lead cost reduction initiatives.
- Owner of the Balance sheet and P&L for the Business unit, lead the compliance for the site.
- Responsible for routine monthly reporting including profit center results and Rolling Business Management (RBM) as well as annual business processes, standard costing, the annual business plan, 5 year plan and executive reviews.
- Responsible for the Fixed assets, depreciation and disposal of assets, reporting monthly new investments on Capital and calculate ROI over investments.
- Lead the finance team on site and overlook processes execute by Centers of excellence (Internal & External).
Perfil buscadoBachelor's degree in accounting, finance or equivalent. +10 years of experience within manufacturing companies in a managerial role with responsibility in areas such as profitability analysis and manufacturing cost reductions. Understanding of manufacturing standard cost accounting and inventory valuation. Demonstrated proficiency in accessing information from ERP systems. SAP Knowledge or Equivalent Software Systems. Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications. Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis. Fluent English Language is a must.
