Experience
- Proven track record (5+ years) as a NEARSHORE Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Deep understanding of NEARSHORE roles, technologies, and market trends.
- A robust network of NEARSHORE professionals in Mexico, with a strong emphasis on passive candidate engagement, building and maintaining a quality pipeline of candidates through proactive networking, relationship building, and effective communication.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Ability to adapt search strategies based on changing requirements and candidate profiles.
- Familiarity with various job boards, professional networking sites, social media, and online databases.
- Strong attention to detail in maintaining data accuracy, including candidate profiles, resumes, contact information, and progress notes.
- Proactive in staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market insights to stay ahead in the competitive talent acquisition landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and acquire Nearshore professionals in Mexico, aligned with the company's growth objectives and suitability for the call center roles.
- Candidate Sourcing and Engagement: Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing to identify potential candidates.
- Pipeline Development: Create and maintain a vast network of passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs, continuously expanding the talent pool.
- Reporting and Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to management.
- Collaborating with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.?
