MANDATORY TECHNOLOGIES ---------------------- - Kronos Work Force Dimensions 4+ years • 4+ years of experience in Implementation, Development and/or Production Support projects related to Kronos / UKG -WFC / WFD / Pro WFM products • Experience in at least 1 implementation or upgrade or support projects in WFD/WFC • For Functional Roles : Hands-on experience in configuration of Kronos/UKG modules - Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Forecasting, Accruals, Attendance and Activities modules. • For Technical Roles : Hands-on experience in interface design, development and maintenance in WFC and/or WFD using middle ware technologies like WIM (for WFC), Dell Boomi (for WFD) or similar API based middleware tools, XML APIs, Webservices and Standard import tables, Look ups, CRTs • Ability to work with teams (internal and external) and provide work status to Lead • Ability to learn new modules and quickly scale up for new tasks in WFM space • Ability to speak/read/write in ENGLISH and SPANISH languages MAIN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ------------------------ - Kronos Works Dimensions - Timeskeeping and Scheduling MANDATORY SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS ------------------------------- • Full bilingual (english/spanish) • Hands on experience in Kronos WFD • Excellent Analytical and Communication skills • Experience doing Kronos Implementations and/or Rollouts DESIRED SKILLS, TECHNOLOGIES AND EXPERIENCE ------------------------------------------- - Any other Kronos Knowledge like Absences - Experience in working with offshore teams to provide seamless support to client.
