Summary


Supervise the creation, implementation and performing of sourcing strategies to increase quantity and quality of hires based on business needs. Moreover, to provide front-line direction to our sourcing representatives, ensuring quality service is provided with every interaction. This role involves learning and maintaining the knowledge of our recruitment strategy and process. This position will also promote team members development through performance evaluations and trainings


Your day-to-day


  • Lead and supervise sourcing representatives.
  • Manage operational performance to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Recruitment Level Agreements
  • Analyze various reports and statistical data to measure production levels and identify root causes for underperforming areas
  • Develop incentive programs to motivate team to achieve desired outcomes. Collaborate with other departments within the organization (HR, IT, Training etc) to properly resolve issues
  • Demonstrate a positive work ethic and commitment to achieve the best possible outcomes
  • Create market and comparative research studies to better analyze and improve processes.
  • Coordinate and participate in both internal and external recruitment events to successfully tap the local labor pool. Conduct interviews to qualify prospects for hire. Other duties as assigned.


What you bring to the table


  • 3 to 5 year in the TA or related field experience with 1+ year in team management position.
  • Availability to work at office/site, GDL with schedule flexibility.
  • Ability to effectively organize work and priorities against deadlines and ability to adapt to rapidly changing business circumstances.•
  • Significant knowledge working with Microsoft Office package with Excel Basic-intermediate domination
  • Strong Level of English oral and written communication skills (B2-C1 in CEFR)
  • Developed interpersonal and leadership skills are required. Proficiency in building and maintaining effective work relationships at all levels.
