BAT MEXICO IS LOOKING FOR AN OPERATIONAL FINANCE GLOBAL GRADUATE

FUNCTION: Finance.

LOCATION: Monterrey.

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

This role is part of Finance - Function Management.

Reports to: Ops Finance Mgr.

Reporting Level: Senior Level.

Geographic Scope: Mexico.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Preparing various analytical and management reporting for business in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provides clarity, insight, and explaining the rationale behind the under the position scope of control.
• Preparation of monthly forecast & annual budget, planning and source of change analysis identifying key drivers of financial performance and areas of opportunities.
• Generate insights based upon day-to-day developments that may impact the targets defined.
• Support ad-hoc financial reports and projects as assigned, including new business opportunities or initiatives.
• The role will require an individual who constantly strives to contribute as a partner to the business, looks for continuous improvement, has a consumer-focused attitude and is a real great teammate.
• Developing strong arguments which support key investment decisions across operations areas.
• Identifying and driving continuous improvement across key financial processes.
• Develop reporting and digital tools to step up as operations finance providing better internal and external reporting tools.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, International Business, or a related field.
• Final year students (expected graduation date on mid 2024) or fresh graduates (graduation from December 2021 to January 2024).
• Between 1 to 3 years of professional experience in Finance or related field (relevant internship experience will be considered).
• Proficient in English (oral & writing).
• Excellent MS Excel skills.
• Global mobility.

BENEFICIAL

• Experience with Power BI.
• Experience in financial software packages (SAP).
• Experience working in FMCGS.
• Intercultural proficiencies from international experience or personal background.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Candidate should possess strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Detail minded; multi-tasks; good in data mining and consolidating large amount of data.
• Have a drive for excellence: high expectation for the quality of your work, proactive in nature and comfortable to deal with ambiguity and to influence a wide array of partners.
