SPECIALIST IN INNOVATION AND AUTOMATION

What are we looking for?

A highly creative and proactive professional with a solid understanding of the latest technological trends and a strategic approach to process improvement and operational optimization. This role will play a key part in developing new ideas and innovative solutions to enhance the company's efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness.

What responsibilities will you have?

• Research and analyze the latest technological and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and automation.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to understand business needs and challenges, in order to develop innovative solutions that address these issues.
• Generate creative and disruptive ideas to improve processes, products, and services through the application of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotic process automation (RPA), the Internet of Things (IoT), and blockchain, among others.
• Develop and present solid business cases and value propositions to support the implementation of new innovative and automated solutions.
• Collaborate with software development teams and other technical departments to design, implement, and test prototypes of innovative and automated solutions.
• Evaluate the impact and return on investment (ROI) of the implemented solutions, and make adjustments as necessary to optimize their effectiveness.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and standards in innovation and automation, and share knowledge and experiences with other teams and colleagues.

What do you need to apply?

• University degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field (undergraduate or graduate).
• Previous experience in roles related to innovation, product development, project management, or technology consulting (minimum 2 years, 5 years desirable).
• Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and technical skills in areas such as programming, data analysis, systems design, project management, and agile methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of innovation methodologies (Double Diamond and Lean Startup).
• Experience developing use cases.
• Advanced English.
• Excellent presence and presentation, as you will be on the front line with our clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex business challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to various audiences.
• Teamwork orientation, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from different areas and hierarchical levels.
• Creativity, initiative, and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

What do we offer?

• Monthly salary: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 gross monthly (depending on experience).
• Payment scheme: 100% payroll (negotiable to mixed scheme if required).
• Hybrid (10% office - 90% home office). The offices are very close to the Zapata metro station. (If you are from nearby states, you can apply considering that occasionally your presence in the office will be required).
