TALENT ACQUISITION GENERALIST


Responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for technical, hourly and interns' positions across the organization, this includes attract, select, and retain top talent, as well as collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a consistent hiring process.


Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical, hourly and interns' positions, from job posting to extending offers.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage job postings, both internal and external, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurately reflect the requirements and qualifications.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, career fairs, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to select suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate background checks, reference and medical checks as needed.
  • Manage and create social media content to engage with potential candidates.
  • Monitor social media channels for potential recruitment opportunities and respond to candidate inquiries.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the HR Coordinator on recruitment activities and metrics.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Fluent English for business conversations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of employer branding strategies and initiatives
