Are you ready to make your next career move to join our team as Project Manager for our Mayor Projects in Mexico, City?


Our Project Manager plans, directs and coordinates the activities of the indicated projects to ensure that the project objectives are met within the agreed time and budget, using KONE approved tools and methodology..


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


Project Management:


•   Accountable for project scope, schedule and budget, delivering the project within the defined contractual requirements and KONE objectives

•   Ensure KONE business success and customer satisfaction

•   Ensure professional stakeholder management

•   Accountable for proactively managing customer communication throughout the project

•   Ensure integrated project planning and management with customers and KONE full chain teams

•   Managing project deliverables in line with project plan

•   Ensure continuous full chain project monitoring and control

•   Responsible for successful project start-up, project reviews, project reporting and facilitating project governance

•   Ensure that project status and progress is effectively communicated to KONE management and to customer

•   Responsible for operational and financial project risk identification, mitigation, contingency planning and potential recovery actions

•   Accountable for the project's financial planning and forecasting, cash flow management and revenue management (capitalizing on change order opportunities)

•   Responsible for actively driving Sales-to-Operations handover quality, accountable for handovers to Customer and Maintenance as well as project closing activities

•   Maintain master action log and lessons learned document

•   Plans and ensures sufficient project resourcing and competences

•   Manages and leads the full chain project team

•   Creates and maintains safety and security awareness amongst employees and subcontractors in the project. Ensures following of KONE's and Customer's safety and security policies



HIRING REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in the elevator and escalator industry.
  • Advanced English (minimum a C2 level, English will be tested).
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Really good communication skills.
  • Experience in Implementation in Projects.
