We are looking to hire an experienced Customer Service Leader with extensive background in setting up and managing a team of customer service representatives. The role would have the following responsibilities:




  • Monitor, manage and coach the team on a day-to-day basis.
  • Motivate and inspire the team to realize their potential.
  • Communicate the company's purpose, core values, and vision to the team.
  • Presents the company's services to potential customers to enhance sales.
  • Communicate and conduct customer service by phone, email, social media and Live Chat.
  • Must be an expert in understanding the functions of the company website and be able to walk customers through placing an online order.
  • Monitor calls, emails, voicemails, and online chats, and respond in a timely manner.
  • Be familiar with social media monitoring and messaging.
  • Proactively monitor customer orders from order's start to delivery, maintaining specific accounts as necessary.
  • Assisting in allocation processes and contacting customers with delivery questions, changes, and/or delays.
  • Maintain existing mailing lists and update customer contact information.
  • Grow customer base by locating new customers and keeps it up-to-date.
  • Organize trainings for the rest of the colleagues in the team.
  • Supervises the proper distribution of workflow between the team members.
  • Organizes the monthly working schedule for the call center team members.



An ideal candidate:




  • Has excellent English language skills. These are a must.
  • Has excellent skills in communicating and relating with both staff members and customers.
  • Showcases good leadership skills.
  • Is adaptable in a fast paced environment.
  • Has flexibility to work on shifts if needed.
