We are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to join our amazing team at Shape Corp México in Querétaro, Qro.

Position Summary:


This position is responsible to serve as primary contact with customer for demand purpouses, know the functions of each individual customer and satisfy requierements.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Preferred Education, Skills and Experience:


1.    Degree: Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field

2.    Experience: 2 – 5 years in automotive Industry, production and planning.

3.    Languages: English and Spanish.

4.    Software: EDI and ERP.

5.    Technicall Skills: Knowledge on production programs, logistics and customs.

Essential Job Functions include, but not limited to, the following:


·        Responsible for analyse, understand and anticipate customer needs ensuring that they are reflected in production activities.

·        Analyze failures in customer deliveries (DDPM) in such a way that improvement action plans are proposed; define and optimize the collect and exchange of data and ensure their integrity in the systems. Be the logistics interface for customers in day to day operations.

·        Develop ideas for the proper implementation of master production planning (MPS) to ensure a level production plan and pake provisions on production lines for variation in customer demands.

·        Provide a well communication / interface for customers in day to day operations.

·        Drive a coordinated monitoring of compliance with all customer deliveries program by managing the transportation and delivery of part.

·        Monitoring the sales, inventory and operations planning (SIOP) basis in order to obtain own volumes in order to have a well optimization of resources (machine, men, materials and preparation of capacity of suppliers).

·        To coordinate a proper level of “pool stock” as a safety stock.

·         Additional functions not specifically outlined in this position description as directed by the leader.



This position is responsable for the following KPI's:


1.    Customer deliveries (DDPM)

2.    Extra transport expensess

3.    Customer satisfaction report
