Job description: You will be assisting Zoho in expanding our business operations, services portafolio and value. As a business development associate you will identify and attract long-term methods to increase value through the development of relationships, customers and markets as well as implementing growth opportunities within and between organizations. Be our eyes and ears to make the right tweaks and decisions when required to stay compatitive in our market.
Qualifications:
- 2 year minimum experience in meeting targets on long-lasting technological partnerships, progressive sales and closing strategies expertise
- Strong listening skills followed by good presentation skills
- Ability to establish rapport and credibility with senior management and executives
- Highly organized and Adaptable
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively with little supervision
Responsibilities
- This role requires a background in business development, ideally creating strategic alliances with public, private and tech companies (SaaS)
- Manage end to end strategic relationship execution including prospecting, meetings, pitching, negotiating, closure, and agreement
- Identify prominent and trending partners in a category and pitch our tecnological partnership
- Generate partnership leads through professional networking and cold calling techniques
- Prospecting and building new business opportunities within assigned territory
- Work with internal resources and teams to ensure efficient product presentations.
- Cross-promote new products or features that will positively impact B2B partnership relationships.

- A monthly salary based on experience. It will change based on performance and when a direct contract with biweekly pay has been offered
