Descripción

The Communication and Culture Specialist is responsible for designing and implementing cultural, inclusion, diversity, knowledge dissemination, and employer branding strategies. This role involves coordinating events to promote organizational culture and values, fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment, and enhancing the employer brand.


Key Result Areas:

o  Coordinating Events to Promote Organizational Culture: Planning and executing events and activities to foster a positive organizational culture, such as team-building events, cultural celebrations, and recognition ceremonies.

o  Fostering Inclusion and Diversity: Developing and implementing initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace, including training programs, awareness campaigns, and diversity strategies.

o  Knowledge Dissemination: Facilitating the sharing of knowledge and best practices among employees through various channels, such as internal communications, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing platforms.

o  Employer Branding: Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the employer brand, including employer branding campaigns, employer value proposition development, and employee testimonials.

o  Maintaining Organizational CORE Values Program: Ensuring alignment with organizational values and promoting adherence to core values through communication, recognition, and reinforcement initiatives.

o  Employee engagement survey application and development of strategies to increase engagement in the organization's employees.

o  Coordination of corporate events and preparation of communications for the organization. 


Qualifications:

o  Bachelor's degree in psychology, communication, education, or equivalent.

o  Proficiency in English language.

Experience:

o  2 to 4 years of experience in coordinating events to promote organizational culture, fostering inclusion and diversity, knowledge dissemination, and employer branding initiatives.

Knowledge:

o  Education and Training

o  Customer and Personal Service

o  Personnel and Human Resources

o  Administration and Management

o  Content design for social networks (is a plus) 


Problem Solving & Complexity:

·      Work involves addressing complex organizational culture, diversity, inclusion, and employer branding challenges, requiring creativity, flexibility, and strategic thinking.
