MezTal is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Labor Lawyer to join our legal team. As a Labor Lawyer, you will provide legal advice and support to our clients on various labor and employment matters. You will be responsible for handling labor disputes, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on labor and employment matters.
- Represent clients in labor disputes, including negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement legal strategies.
Requirements - Admission to practice law in the jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing labor and employment law.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Experience representing clients in labor disputes.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Advanced English
- Willing to work in a Hybrid model.
- Experience working with transnational corporations
