Human Resources Assistant

As an HR Assistant, you will gain valuable, hands-on experience supporting our global HR operations. This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to launch their HR career within a fast-paced, international environment. You will collaborate with our HR team to handle essential tasks, learn HR systems and processes, and provide excellent service to our employees in Mexico.

What You Will Do:

• Accurately enter and update employee data in our HR systems
• New Hire Support: Assist with initial contact and guide new hires through their onboarding journey.
• Onboarding/Offboarding Assistance: Help facilitate smooth transitions for employees joining or leaving the company.
• General HR Support: Provide administrative support for various HR processes, including employee lifecycle changes, document management, and data maintenance.
• Payroll and Benefits Support: Enter basic payroll information for employees.

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).
• 1 to 2 years HR Operations Experience a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
