Details of the role: 

We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as an Emerging Salesforce Architect. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that address the evolving needs and challenges of our clients. As a key member of our Salesforce practice, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our Salesforce initiatives and driving innovation in Salesforce technologies and best practices. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts, to ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives and technical requirements. Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members as needed. 
• Provide technical guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. 
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. 
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and test plans. 
• Work closely with project managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. 
• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends, and provide recommendations for improvements to existing systems. 
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and test plans. 
• Mentor and train junior developers on Salesforce development best practices. 

Required Skills: ? 

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development. 
• Strong technical skills in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce APIs. 
• Experience with Salesforce integration and data migration. 
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security and data model. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect are required. 
• Experience with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or E-commerce is a plus in the day-to-day responsibilities for this role. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels. 
• Self-motivated and proactive with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and exceeding client expectations. 
• Experience in MuleSoft architecture, design, and implementation. 

Good to have skills: 

• API Design: Design and define APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) using RAML (RESTful API Modeling Language) and OpenAPI specifications, ensuring consistency, reusability, and scalability. 
• Integration Development: Develop and implement integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API-led connectivity, message routing, data transformation, and error handling. 
• Performance Optimization: Optimize the performance and scalability of MuleSoft solutions, including tuning message flows, optimizing API endpoints, and caching frequently accessed data.
