Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bilingual Appointment Setter. The ideal candidate will possess excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English and Spanish. You will be responsible for facilitating communication between our company and prospective clients, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct bilingual communication (Spanish/English) with prospective clients.
• Set appointments for key sales reps with prospects. 
• Develop and distribute reports of daily appointments.
• Manage and configure customer CRM portals. 
• Research potential clients.
• Properly explain products and services to prospective customers.
• Familiarize yourself with essential details of our products and services.
• Make outbound phone sales calls using the provided phone numbers.
• Accept incoming calls from prospective clients.
• Schedule consultations between prospective clients and Sales Representatives.
