We are Looking for: Operations Director (Tech) - AI Head of Sales and Architecture

Working location: CDMX, hybrid position.

Requirements:

• A Business English Level is required. 
• Deep understanding of AI technologies, including their applications, architectures, and implementation best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals in Latin America.
• Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and key accounts for AI solutions.
• Lead the sales team in prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals with enterprise clients, government agencies, and other organizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with product roadmap and customer needs.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders on the design, implementation, and integration of AI solutions, including data analytics, machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
