Core Responsibilities:

• Project assignment for at least 6 months to design and automate operational performance metrics (KPIs)
• Participates in sessions to analyze and document processes and identify potential opportunities to improve.
• Prepares reports, charts and diagrams to illustrate process improvements and project data.
• Assist HR SSC Operations Teams by working on projects to improve the overall service and employee experience
• Perform mathematical calculations to determine current and future states of the operation

Qualified candidates will have:

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration interested in Business Processes (1 year pending to finish)
• Basic knowledge of quality and continuous improvement tools and methodologies
• High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite & Internet applications
• Advanced Excel and other data analysis and reporting tools
• Experience in process documentation and analysis
• Analytical and research skills.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities
• English conversational level
• Familiar with Artificial Intelligence is a plus
