Job Title: Sales Account Executive

Job Overview: We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing job opportunities, generating leads, building and managing client relationships, and coordinating the interview process for our consultants. This position requires a proven track record in sales and the ability to work US EST hours.


Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and source new job opportunities in the US technology sector.

· Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of potential clients.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants.

· Partner with technical consultants to understand their skillsets and career goals.

· Craft compelling narratives that showcase consultant profiles on various job boards.

· Act as a company advocate, liaising with clients and negotiating top hourly rates.

· Screen opportunities and assess fit based on consultant qualifications.

· Schedule and coordinate interviews between consultants and clients.

· Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to maximize placements.


Qualifications:


· At least 2 years of demonstrated sales success, including sourcing, lead generation, and client relationship management.

· Proven experience working with US companies and understanding the US job market.

· Fluent in English.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Highly organized and detail-oriented.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

· Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.


Preferred Qualifications:


· US market sales experience

· Experience in the technology consulting or staffing industry.

· Familiarity with a variety of technology roles and skill sets.

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or 1-2 additional years of sales experience


Compensation:


· Base salary of 22k-27k MXN per month.

· Monthly bonus opportunity of 5k-15k pesos based on performance.
