Job Requirements

Degree in Human Resources, Administration or similar

100% bilingual (reporting directly to the United States).

Availability to travel to the United States.

Excel management (graphs, pivot tables)

Minimum experience of 5 years in:

• Design and implement talent management strategies, personnel development and compensation scheme
• Adaptation, standardization and implementation of HR processes
• Guarantee compliance with internal policies and procedures on HR matters.
• Plan and supervise talent attraction and retention processes
• Develop strategies for staff development.
• Collaborate with company management in the development of business strategies.
• Keep knowledge of current labor laws and regulations related to the human resources area up to date.
• Define metrics, performance evaluations and establish improvement plans.
• Manage internal communication and maintain a fluid relationship with employees.
• Define the organization's change initiatives, values ??and culture.
