WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? At Nike, we see our Digital Readiness Operations function as a source of competitive advantage. We're looking for a consumer-focused leader with experience working in fast-paced environments, to help lead our digital offense. You have experience in (and passion for) digital and retail. We want someone with the skills and ability to lead and/or work cross-functionally, to coordinate alignment for digital processes. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? As our Digital Readiness Operations Specialist, you'll support the Operations team in driving the seasonal offense for LATAM NDDC (Nike Direct Digital Commerce) channels. You will support the correct operation for seasonal initiatives and key moments that align to the seasonal offense by performing different reporting and operational tasks per channel. You will be accountable for delivering on time updates on product assortment readiness across all LATAM countries, securing the highest percentage of product for digital publication in specific seasonal moments. Providing solutions for current processes regarding product readiness and platform operation to our NDDC stakeholders will be your main responsibility. WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH? As the Digital Readiness Operations Specialist, you'll report directly to the LATAM Digital Ops Manager. You will work cross functionally with Business, Consumer Direct Marketing, DSM, Logistics and Tech functions at Territory, Geo, and Global level to drive our operational processes and to build and execute seasonal planning. WHAT YOU BRING · Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Merchandising, Digital Marketing, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience · 2+ years of comparable digital experience, working on consumer-facing digital platforms (digital commerce or retail) · Strong proficiency with MS Excel · Comfortable in problem structuring and strategic problem solving · Strong attention to detail & ability to move from task to task quickly · Strong English communication skills · Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at once
