121 is seeking a dedicated Art Director who has substantial experience in developing and proposals, interactive prototypes and detailed wireframes on Figma, some of the experience you must have:

THE RIGHT FIT:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma Ability to craft compelling visual narratives that communicate key messages and engage the audience
• A robust and diverse portfolio showcasing successful and versatility on UI design
• Expertise in designing for various devices and screen sizes, ensuring a seamless user experience
• Skills in developing and maintaining brand identities, ensuring that all designs align with the overall brand vision and guidelines.

THE RIGHT SKILLS:

• Advanced skills in developing UX and UI proposals, interactive prototypes and detailed wireframes on Figma
• Typography, layout, and prototyping to ensure a seamless and enjoyable user experience development
• Creating frameworks and model which enable others to understand key concepts and relationships as well as generate valuable input
• Assessing design choices critically to ensure they meet user and business needs.
• Concept development and design of visual designs, web layouts, branding campaigns, and digital experiences overall

YOUR DAY TO DAY:

• Understand internal and external client requirements, provide expert advice, and translate their needs into effective design solutions.
• Manage the design team and allocate projects according to capacity and skills, ensuring time and quality on every delivery
• Generate innovative and integrated digital art concepts, content and experiences across all digital channels: web, social media, paid media, emailing an other digital touchpoints
• Oversees the creation of a wide range of visual content, including website designs, digital ads, social media graphics, and multimedia assets.
• Ensures the execution of design projects from concept through completion, maintaining high standards for visual design and user interface across all platforms.
• Implements feedback mechanisms and quality control processes to refine and improve creative work.
• Creating and maintaining design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital products.
• Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Identify training needs and opportunities for the design team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Creates and/or leads compelling presentations to communicate design concepts and rationale to clients and stakeholders.
