Who You Are:

-A highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a knack for storytelling (narrative skills).

-A persuasive communicator with excellent conversational strength and the ability to think on your feet (speed, improvisation).

-An experienced negotiator (5+ years in sales is ideal) with a proven track record of exceeding targets.

-A data whiz comfortable working with a variety of KPIs and metrics (tons!).

-A flexible and adaptable team player who embraces change and explores new approaches.

-fluent in English (accent is not a barrier).

-Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

What You'll Do:

-Partner with our technical consultants to understand their skillsets and career goals.

-Craft compelling narratives that showcase consultant profiles on various job boards.

-Act as a consultant advocate, liaising with vendors and negotiating top hourly rates.

-Screen opportunities and assess fit based on consultant qualifications.

-Schedule and coordinate interviews between consultants and clients.

-Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to maximize placements.
