YOUR TASKS

Objective: Execution of HR-processes in the scope of general HR-Management.

• Planning, coordination and execution of the training plan according to training needs detected for direct and indirect personnel.
  
• Ensure compliance with the development and evaluation measures for the improvement of competencies.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory courses and legal requirement according to organizational goals.
• Responsible for training projects according to the needs of the company.
• Training Indicators and ensure effective development of plans.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong Project Management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual training delivery platforms.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Strong oral and communication skills.
• Analytical skills and effective use of data to drive improvements.
