In Arch Latam we are looking for:

Jr. Account Manager.

In this role you will be coordinating and managing our company's regulatory accounting and tax reporting process. You will be also responsible for supporting the executive management team in making the best possible business decisions for our business.

Your Team

You'll be working within our Accounting & Finance team and directly reporting to the Corporate Planning Manager.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and completing month end accounting reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow) by utilizing your staff
• Managing the delivery of monthly financial statements to strict deadlines
• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
• Calculating and preparing Payroll by utilizing systems
• Completing Yearly (monthly and quarterly) tax returns
• Preparing monthly group consolidated accounting reporting packs
• Producing end of year financial statements
• Month end reconciliations (debtors, creditors, bank accounts, intercompany accounts, etc.)
• Creating and maintaining spreadsheets and/or databases to record, monitor and compile information
• Establishing and maintaining financial policies and procedures for the company
• Leading the relationship with external auditors and/or agents.

About You:

Your Experience and Qualification

Essential

·       3+ years experience in a similar role

·        Fluent English communication and experience

·        Sound technical and practical knowledge of accounting (International Accounting Standard) and regulatory reporting requirements

·        Experience in preparing and submitting Tax returns to SAT

·        Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Accounting System skills

·        Salary/Social security/Payroll Tax/Workers Compensation experience

Desired

·        Experience in planning and management reporting
