Head of Talent Acquisition Nearshore
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
· Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Recruiting skills
· Strong english communication and interpersonal skills
· Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
Experience
· Proven track record (5+ years) as a NEARSHORE Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
· Deep understanding of NEARSHORE roles, technologies, and market trends.
· A robust network of NEARSHORE professionals in Mexico, with a strong emphasis on passive candidate engagement, building and maintaining a quality pipeline of candidates through proactive networking, relationship building, and effective communication.
· Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade candidates.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
· Ability to adapt search strategies based on changing requirements and candidate profiles.
· Familiarity with various job boards, professional networking sites, social media, and online databases.
· Strong attention to detail in maintaining data accuracy, including candidate profiles, resumes, contact information, and progress notes.
· Proactive in staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market insights to stay ahead in the competitive talent acquisition landscape.
Responsibilities:
· Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and acquire Nearshore professionals in Mexico, aligned with the company's growth objectives and suitability for the call center roles.
· Candidate Sourcing and Engagement: Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing to identify potential candidates.
· Pipeline Development: Create and maintain a vast network of passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs, continuously expanding the talent pool.
· Reporting and Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to management.
· Collaborating with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
