AIR Executive will generate and deliver a 24/7 customer service experience that

exceeds expectations, always in compliance with the internal administrative

responsibilities, towards the achievement of the profit goals and objectives of the

department, living our company ´s values, promoting a healthy and respectful work

environment, leading to a strong teamwork performance.

Required qualifications/skills:

1- Technical:

• 3 year min experience in interational operations.

• Having supported, assisted, or coordinated any / all the following:

* AIR shipments from/ to Mexico/ Worldwide and Point to Point Shipments

* Cargo / Courier / Hand Carry / Charter Services

* Customs Clearance (impo / expo)

* General Cargo

• IATA Certificates (Basic + DGR) (Preferred)

• Clearly identify main Airlines

• AICM / MTY / QRO / GDL/ LRD International Airports

• Being familiar with Overseas Agents Business Interaction

• Know-how concepts and terms of a quote break down.

• MAWB + HAWB + EUR1 + SDS+ Booking + Flight Schedules + Manifest/

Transmissions

• Incoterms

• Claim Process
