• Implement quality standards through checklist; prepare eligibility matrix; Prepare, deploy SOP / BOK for processing, Prepare Checklists, Supervise Operations; Ensure continuous legal status of the employee while at onsite IN ORDER TO ensure defect free filing of applications.
• Prepare reports for the visa model IN ORDER TO arrive at number of applications that can be filed in a quarter.
• Prepare and deploy mechanism to enforce / track compliance to local immigration regulations; Prepare and conduct audits; Collect compliance certificates from external vendors IN ORDER TO ensure compliance to all laid down immigration regulations.
• Deploy changes in process / systems; Provide inputs to internal teams and ratify implementation plan IN ORDER TO ensure correct deployment.
• Collaborate with SP on a regular basis; Monitor SLA and Analyze for adherence IN ORDER TO achieve effective vendor management.
• Inform stakeholders of timely status of programs / initiatives I process changes IN ORDER TO ensure effective communication.
• Conduct training programs IN ORDER TO improve the knowledge level of team.

Basic Qualifications:

·      2 years of proven experience

·      Bachelor's degree in Legal, Administration or related

·      Advanced English language skills (written and spoken).

·      Open to work on a onsite 100% schema at Infosys Office in Monterrey
