We are looking for a proactive and organized General Manager to join our team and lead our finance and HR departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Management: Oversee and manage a team of over 80 employees, ensuring effective communication, performance management, and professional development.
• Financial Oversight: Develop and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts. Ensure financial stability and growth by implementing sound financial practices and strategies.
• Human Resources: Lead the HR team in recruitment, training, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Operational Excellence: Streamline processes and implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all financial and HR practices comply with relevant regulations and mitigate organizational risks.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 3-5 years managing teams of 80+ employees.

Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in financial software and HR management systems.
