The Customs Classification Data Analyst is a member of Global Classification Center of Excellence team, consisting of in-house Customs classification experts. This position reports to the Global Classification COE Global Lead. The Customs Classification Data Analyst is responsible for developing and executing the Customs Classification data analysis strategy, ensuring the simplification of data processing and the visualization of them. The job location is in Mexico with some potential business trips. Main mission (responsibilities) Analysis and manipulation of different databases. Data interpretation to establish business strategies. Creation of predictive models and algorithms. Simplification and creation of metrics. Quality data analysis from different systems. Robotic process automation (RPA) project execution. Preparing reports for top management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant Customs classification data. Support on other Customs classification-related projects. Competencies Perform analysis to assess the quality and meaning of Customs Classification data. Proactive use of statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in Customs classification data sets. Create an automated tools to extract data from different sources. Develop and maintain databases, and data systems, reorganizing data in a readable format. Work in multi-cultural corporate business setting. Excellent interpersonal skills and communications. Qualifications Qualifications Experience in Python, SAS, R or similar. Experience in SQL language. Statistics expertise. Experience with global customs automated trade tools. Strong analytical and visualizing data skills. Advanced skills with MS Office. Artificial Intelligence tools knowledge. Recent graduate. Fluent in English/Spanish.
