Descripción

Support the Director with client relationships and coordinating strategy, origination, structuring, implementation and execution of HSBC's overal offerings by working closely with product specialists from Mexico and abroad for a specific portfolio of key industrial blue-chip corporate and sophisticated clients for Northern Mexico. The client relationships include credit and lending and both transactional products (global payments solutions, global trade solutions, FX, payroll, etc...) and event products (DCM, Derivatives, etc...)

• Relationship management: as our key contacts are CEOs, CFOs and treasurers.
• Experience building respected leadership costumer relationships to support business growth.
• Credit Analysis: as facilities approval and credit analysis, including the client's annual credit reviews, are a key pillar of the role.
• Client planning for our customer relationships in the upcoming years.
• KYC understanding and financial crime mitigation.
• Wished profile must have a good knowledge of all corporate banking product offering as well as the ability to quickly establish a professional network inside HSBC, must speak Spanish and English and should have experience in front office roles.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional relationships with both internal and external partners.

Requirements

• Have at least three to five years of experience managing or supporting the management of a complex business portfolio in multiple locations, business development and sales leadership experience.
• High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust.
• Flexibility, Adaptability.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
