Capgemini Aguascalientes is looking for a Collections Dispute Management Process Lead!

Overview

In this position you will take ownership to ensure the delivery of a customer focused service with highly proficient collections process knowledge, the ability to design, innovate and continually strive to improve the process and services within the collections area that will be delivered to a high level customer portfolio.

What will you do in this role?

·      Apply fundamental collection techniques and adjust collection strategies to the requirement of the portfolio that will be assigned to you.

·      Research and resolve complex deductions and disputes.  

·      Review account reconciliations.

·      Apply process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) to the area of expertise for the continuous improvement purposes 

·      Understand the process taxonomy and process approach from an end-to-end perspective within the collections process.

·      Drive Value back to client utilizing their process expertise.   

Qualifications:

·      2-3 years of experience in the collections field.

·      Financial background.

·      DGEM knowledge / certification.

·      Excellent communication skills.

·      Customer service-oriented attitude.

·      Strong analytical skills.

·      Basic – medium English proficiency.
