Are you a fitness enthusiast who loves social media and influencer marketing? Do you want to make a positive impact on people's lives in Mexico? If yes, we want you on our team at 1Fit!

We're looking for a passionate and creative Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager to join us in Guadalajara, Mexico. You'll manage our social media presence and lead our influencer marketing efforts to spread the 1Fit message far and wide.

What You'll Do:

Social Media Magic:

— Create and implement awesome social media strategies to boost our brand.

— Develop engaging content that our audience will love—think posts, stories, videos, and graphics.

— Use data to track how our social media is doing and make it even better.

— Interact with our followers by replying to comments and messages.

Influencer Marketing:

— Find and work with fitness influencers and brand ambassadors in Mexico.

— Plan and run influencer campaigns that reflect our brand values.

— Measure how successful our influencer partnerships are and find ways to improve them.

Team Collaboration:

— Work closely with the marketing team to keep our branding and messaging on point.

— Collaborate with different teams on marketing campaigns and projects.

— Communicate in English with our global team to share strategies and ideas.

What We're Looking For:

— Experience in social media management and influencer marketing, especially in fitness or wellness.

— Great understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

— Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.

— Creative thinking and the ability to come up with engaging content ideas.

— Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects.
