?Bilingual Payroll Manager
Responsibilities
- Preparation and calculation of payrolls
- Payroll Process.
- Supervise and guide payroll managers and assistants.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.
- Act as liaison with auditors and manage payroll tax audits
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
- Prepare various reports for internal control.
- Coordinate payroll and time control systems
- Control and management of incidents
- Calculating taxes
- Management of SUA and IDSE.
- Experience in corporate and operational payroll (calculations of overtime, hours, doubles, triples, incidents, vouchers, insurance, etc.)
- Oversee the processing of payroll changes (admissions, terminations, increases) and system improvements.
Requirements:
- Graduate of Economic-Administrative Careers
- 5 years of experience as a Payroll Manager
- Systems Management for Payroll Calculation
- Advanced English (Essential)
- Experience (desirable) in Process Improvement, as well as in their implementation
