As a Plant HR Manager you will plan and administer policies relating to all phases of human resources activity by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate administrators.



Duties and responsibilities:


·      Recruiting, interviewing, and selecting candidates for vacant positions.

·      Inputting new hire paperwork and updating employee records in the management system.

·      Addressing inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.

·      Initial review and submission of payroll information.

·      Facilitating new employee orientations.

·     Delivering training sessions.

·      Ensuring proper execution of performance reviews.

·      Monitoring adherence to safety procedures and protocols in the plant.

·      Assisting in investigations of employee-related matters.

·      Documenting accidents and preparing insurance reports.

·      Collaborating with management and senior HR to resolve employee relations issues.

·      Participating in safety committee meetings and conducting facility safety inspections to identify hazards.


Requirements:

·      3-5 years of working experience with a similar HR role working in a Manufacturing environment.

·      Experience managing relations with Union labors.

·      Availability to work near Acatlán de Juarez area.

·      Knowledge in SAP.

·      Experience in the development and implementation of activities and team building to create strong bonds in the plant as well as handling situations that might create ambiguity.

·      In-depth knowledge of local government policy, regulations, and Mexican labor laws.

·      Advanced English level is a must.
