Main Job Purpose

The Accounts Payable manager is responsible for managing the entire accounts payable function for multiple corporations (US and MX), including invoice processing, vendor management, payment processing, reconciliation, and reporting. Your primary goal will be to lead the accounts payable team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance within the accounts payable department. The successful candidate ensures that the department meets all financial deadlines and provides excellent customer service to internal stakeholders. Lead the AP staff through ongoing investment in coaching, training, and mentorship. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. (Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and practices).
• 5+ years of professional experience in accounts payable management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
• Excellent organizational, problem solving & accuracy skills, attention to detail            
• Computer experience with spreadsheets and MS-Office applications (Word, Excel)
• SAP-software experience.
• Advanced English language
