We are looking for an IT Support Fresher for our Queretaro site to join our international help desk team which is the face of the overall IT organization. The IT Support Fresher has the responsibility of:

Responsibilities:

• Primary administration and collaboration of IT general activities.
• Support the management team in planning efforts related to staffing levels and requirements.
• Co-ordinate with technical team(s) for L2 and L3 issues and provide resolution to end users.
• Frontline technical support including documenting, troubleshooting, resolving, and prioritizing incoming help desk requests.
• Providing end users with primary technical support of company computers, applications, printers, Phones, and other related technologies remote and on site.
• Primary contact to resolve hardware/software/network problems reported to the Help Desk by phone, e-mail, or in person.
• Participate in projects to facilitate improvements to business.
• Primary inventory control.

Requirements

• Advanced English is a must.
• Being in the last semester of the career or able to attend to on-site work day.
• Fresher in technologies field, open to start creating your professional career path with the company system.
• Strong time management skills, able to multitask and set priorities.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Fine attention to detail and quality of work.
• Solid problem solving and root cause analysis skill.
