DescripciónThe main responsibilities are:
- Define and implement sales strategies for Tier 1 and OEM customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
- Develop business plans to maximize sales and profitability.
- Work closely with marketing, production, and logistics departments to ensure strategic alignment.
- Participate in new product development and market launch planning
- Ensure revenue and profitability targets are met.
Perfil buscadoIndustrial, Mechanical Engineering or related field. At least 5 years of experience in Sales and Account Management B2B roles in automotive, plastic, industries. Mandatory experience in Technical Sales, understanding client needs, RFQ, manufacturing process and cross-working with different departments to launch projects successfully. Accountability, Customer Centricity, Negotiation-Influence, Drive. Strong knowledge of market behaviour-trends. Fluent English mandatory, this role reports to the US.
