Schneider Electric has an opportunity for an HR Generalist in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon. (Work at office) (Night shift & Weekends shift)

- Relationship Management (Business unit stakeholders, HRBP's, Candidates)

- Consult with and support hiring managers as a talent advisor: help to identify talent needs & continue to build out the professional recruitment hiring strategy

- Partner with key stakeholders to attract and retain diverse talent

- Build strong business partnerships with HRBP's, influence & convince on talent and market related matters

- Prove and deliver a seamless experience for all stakeholders and to take advantage of partnership strategy

- Act as a Schneider brand ambassador to both internal and external candidates and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Human Capital, Business Administration or related fields.

• Prior experience in recruiting for Manufacturing companies preferred, but not required.

• Expert knowledge in full cycle recruiting. HR experience, or industry experience related role.

• 2+ years Talent Acquisition experience Including: Sourcing, Search strategy, (Boolean Strings) Recruiting, Screening, Assess, Job Offers, Onboarding

• Intermediate English Level.

• Availability to work night shifts and weekends
