Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience working within the supply chain environment such as warehouse, forecasting, logistics and data analysis.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 5 years of experience in business analysis, business process architecture, or solutions architecture roles in supply chain, or logistics system areas.
  • Experience in global customer engagement and stakeholder management.

Our Global Logistics team is helping build Google's planet-scale computer powering all of Google's services (e.g., Cloud, Gmail, YouTube, Search, etc). We manage critical parts of the supply chain to turn raw components into serving capacity in our data centers.

In this role, you will collaborate on issues across warehousing, transportation, global trade compliance and order management. You will be responsible for stakeholder relationship management, tactical escalations and customer representation. You will drive speed, scale, efficiency, and predictability in logistics operations.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for stakeholder management, liaison of business requirements to the logistics team.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to ensure accountability and traceability of customer's orders throughout each supply chain node.
  • Develop and implement processes that scale to support the volume growth, new technologies, components, and with the different commodities suppliers.
  • Support and drive operational metrics and Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
