OBJETIVE:

Design, develop and execute and standardize optimization the operation strategies for improving the processes the plants through the lean manufacturing tools and simulation processes to improve the company's production processes

General Requirements:

Educational: Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Administrator or related.

English skills: B2+ or above.

Work experience: 3+ Yr. in manufacturing industry as Industrial Engineer.

Position Responsibilities:

1. Optimization of the Manufacturing System

• Ensure the update the matrix of cycle times of plants.
• Elaboration the Capacity analysis the equipment by processes
• Lead the time and movement analysis in manufacturing areas to optimization the HC
• Generate projects that improve output of pieces per hour.
• Support to reduce production downtime due to missing machinery, tools or devices and provide troubleshooting assistance for machinery failures.

2. Optimization of the Manufacturing System

• Footprint optimization projects to improve the use of the productive area in all division
• Keep the Layout of the planets in AutoCAD updated.
• Support in analyzing the feasibility of implementing new products, labor and production rate
• Generate the report the Footprint the division.

3. Collaboration with other areas

• Collaborate with cross-functional team to execute optimization projects as operations, Engineering, CI, Maintenance and Quality.
• Work together with the finance area to prepare the business cases for the projects.
• Support in analyzing the feasibility of implementing new products, labor and production rate.
• Work together automation department to create projects the automation the equipment

Position Requirements:

• AUTOCAD 2D
• Simulation Software ( FlexSim, SIMon or realted )
• Knowledge of equipment capacity analysis
• Analytical thinking
