Bilingual Architecture Trainee (Brokerage) – Bosque de Chapultepec

Program Requirements:

Education: Only students from the 7th Semester of Architecture, or Civil Engineering

Knowledge:

Advanced English C1 (interview will be done in English)

Excel: Intermediate

Knowledge: AutoCAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Maps, financial terms and principles, calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts and/or commissions, financial analysis, Real Estate market.

Skills: Oral and written communication, Focused on results, Resilience, organization and analytical, timely, reliable, customer service and Negotiation. Proactive, entrepreneurial, great ambition

Activities:

• Support in carrying out Financial Projections

• Support in the search and selection of properties according to the needs of investors

• Directory update

• Marketing reports

• Administrative Support for Brokers

• Tours with clients

• Develop business presentations

• Market analysis for real estate transactions

•            Analysis of data

• Real estate marketing analysis

We offer:

Monthly scholarship: $8,000 +TDU + Accident Insurance.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 6 hours a day

Program period: 12 months
