As a Quality Intern you'll be responsible for keep customer satisfaction at the highest level by assist on implementing on-time corrective actions

What you'll do
- Ensure the implementation and maintenance of the system, to satisfy the needs of the company related to new products and/or components.
- Identify quality issues that affect the form, fit and function of the product.
- Assist on the solution of manufacturing problems related to assembly area.
- Assure the processes stops the least possible due to quality issues
- Monitor the Quality metrics of the process and take leadership in the effective and timely solution to accomplish the goals established by the management.
Your qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in electrical, Electronics or related (Industrial) or 1-2 years to finish.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading,
- Excellent communication skills
- English 50%

More about the role?
- Generation of SAP reports from the planning area.
- Run Macros to feed the SAP system with the information of the production orders provided by the production planner.
- Monitoring of the production plan and urgent orders on the floor
- Assistance to the planner on the floor (delivery of orders, withdrawal of orders, follow-up on arrivals of materials)
- Execute Subassembly Exception Messages

What you'll do
- Continuous improvement based on Lean Manufacturing (Takt time, Line Balance, 5S's, etc.)
- Meet or exceed operational metrics for each product family (Productivity, Delivery, TPM, Schedule Attainment, DPPMs, Equipment Uptime, Scrap as a % of COGS)
- Follow up Safety Blues and LPA actions.
- Develop EOL testing programs, Poka Yoke, programs on time for each product launch.
- Continuous Improvement Activities to reduce Scrap, CONC and DPPMs
