We're growing—and we're looking for sharp, detail-driven talent to join our Finance team!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Accurately entering data into our accounting systems, including inventory transactions.
• Preparing general journal entries as instructed by senior team members or management.
• Performing bank reconciliations and supporting month-end close processes.
• Managing accounts payable data entry and reconciliation.
• Reviewing employee expense reimbursements to ensure proper documentation.
• Staying aligned with company accounting policies and internal procedures.

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1+ year of accounting experience, preferably in international or fast-paced environments.
• Basic understanding of US GAAP and familiarity with Mexican tax regulations (federal taxes, VAT, payroll taxes, etc.).
• Basic tax compliance knowledge (returns, deadlines).
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables).
