Talent Acquisition Specialist needed in the Legal Industry.
Note: Fully remote position.?
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Degree or letter of completion)
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and attract candidates for roles in the legal sector (eDiscovery specialists, legal assistant, legal translator, paralegals, etc.)
Maintain relationships with clients in the USA.
Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing to final placement.
Work with internal teams and clients to develop customized recruitment strategies.
Ensure that recruitment activities comply with legal regulations, maintaining accurate records.
Requirements and Experience:
At least 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in the U.S. legal industry.
Experience interacting directly with clients in the USA.
Advanced English, both spoken and written.
Experience using ATS platforms.

We offer:
$40,000 MXN monthly net + Attractive commission package.
