As an integral part of our organization, the Office Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our dynamic office environment. With a strong focus on creating an organized and efficient workspace for our valued employees, the Office Manager will take charge of various administrative responsibilities, such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and meticulously managing office supplies. By fostering a productive and harmonious work atmosphere, the Office Manager becomes an instrumental contributor to the success and cohesion of our team.
Responsibilities:
Receiving incoming calls, organizing and storing documents.
Interaction with the accounting department on accounting and sending the necessary documents
Interaction with the staff of the HR department provision of necessary reports to the financial service
Sending-receiving local and international mail.
Search for a suitable office
Purchase of office supplies, stationery, etc.
Purchase of furniture and household supplies, water, etc.
Search for a cleaner and other services to maintain the office
Keeping the office functional and clean organization of employee access to the office
Requirements:
Proven experience as an outstanding office manager or similar leadership role, demonstrating a track record of successfully managing complex administrative tasks with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in both Spanish and English languages.
Comprehensive knowledge of document management practices, showcasing the ability to efficiently handle, organize, and store incoming and outgoing documents.
Strong independent work ethic, coupled with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Exceptional organizational skills, ensuring efficient task prioritization and timely completion.
Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
