We are seeking a talented, energetic, experienced individual to join our company as an Accounting / Finance Team Leader.

Position Summary:

The Accounting / Finance Team Leader is expected to be creative, able to think critically as well as have high standards for their work. He/she must be proactive, adaptable, collaborative, and exceptional. Fast paced and challenging work environment.

Job Type:

Permanent Position / Immediate hiring / In-person NOT REMOTE

Salary: $41,600.00 a month before taxes.

Requirements, Qualifications and Experience

• Accounting, Finance or Actuarial Degree.
• Masters Degree in Finance or Accounting a plus. 
• 5 years minimum experience in Finance and Accounting.
• 5 year minimum job experience at corporate level.
• Tax and Fiscal knowledge.
• Advanced Accounting.
• Payroll control and labor contingencies knowledge.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Workday knowledge desired.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Advanced English required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead Accounting Team and help achieve established goals and tasks.
• Develop operating manuals in Accounting and Finance areas.
• Develop Budget and Financial Projections.
• Discuss accounting and financial matters with related parties.
• Discuss payroll and labor issues with related parties.
• Provide support to the administrative area.
