Provide support for facility: installations, equipment, system upgrades, calibrations and maintenance in order to ensure proper functioning.
Support the Depot Manager on Budget/Capex estimation and control.
Manage maintenance program and supervise activities to assure equipment properly operation, avoiding and keeping appropriate records.
Perform periodically challenge tests to assure facility and equipment respond as expected in case of incident. (e.g. Power Failure Test, Alarm Test, etc.)
Manage calibration schedule and review certificates and results to assure facility instruments are kept calibrated within acceptable deviation range.
Investigate equipment incidents looking for root causes to propose preventive action to avoid the same incident to happen again.
Propose, plan, supervise implementation and record facilities and equipment changes, assuring change control and facility improvement.
Maintain a comprehensive filing system and database for all documents related to the Depot facility Equipment, Maintenance, Calibrations, Guarantees, Services and others to be retained as part of the document control process.
With QA and Engineering Support perform Temperature Mapping including protocol, temperature sensor placement, equipment configuration, reports and assessment.
With QA and Engineering Support write IQ/OQ/PQ/PR protocols and reports.
Be available for on call duty in case of incident which the stored products are on risk.
Works with and identifies vendors to acquire the best price and service for the facility's needs.
Consults with other departments on design and use of equipment, fire prevention and safety program.
Periodically inspect the facility to detect maintenance needs or potential accident and health hazards and recommends corrective or preventive measures where indicated.
Provides Technical Support in order to optimize critical building systems. These systems may include mechanical and electrical components, electronic controllers, automation systems, energy, and/or waste management.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Electric or Mechanic Engineering Degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience
Normally requires between two (2) to five (5) years directly related and progressively responsible experience.
MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Mandatory:
Commercial HVAC experience
Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing (Intermediate skills)

Electrical installation experience
Building Management system knowledge
cGMP or Clean Room experience
